Chris has been working in Sport for most of his life and has gained invaluable experience through the projects and initiatives he has been part of. He has excellent relationships with the major sporting unions, both locally and internationally. More recently, Chris has been involved in sport commercial travel.

Strategy, Equity Investment & Finance

Steve joined Maxxium from a career in global multinational corporate organisations, where he still has good relationships. Through the various roles in these organisations, he built a lot of experience in developing and negotiating commercial contracts. Steve has been using this experience to build innovative sport investment and equity deals.

Tanya Cruse

Media: Radio

Tanya is our marketing expert, having spent more than 20 years at Primedia Broadcasting where she established a reputation for creating big client campaigns and launching iconic events such as Jo’burg Day and K-Day. Tanya works on the radio broadcast and social media elements of our sport investments.

Henry Meyer

Broadcast & Streaming

Henry spent most of his life in airtime sales, first at Oracle Airtime Sales from where he went on to head up DSTV Nigeria and later became the commercial director for Kwezi Sports. Henry launched the very successful Glue Media that offers services to the television production industry.

Fikile Hlatswayo

Business Development, SportTourism

Fikile is an award-winning author of several books in the tourism and sport and development sectors, and is currently the Global Tourism Chair of the Circle of Global Business Women. She has a Master’s degree in Development Finance and a B. Comm, Finance and Statistics but she is more known for her passion in the tourism and sport tourism sector. Fikile was also involved in the recent BRIC’s Summit in Johannesburg where she was the CEO of the African Mobility Unit for BRICS.
